You’ll be part of something bigger here too – including involvement in one of South Australia’s most exciting affordable housing initiatives, the Rent to Buy program, helping more South Australians move closer to home ownership, not just tenancy.

Using top-tier systems in the industry, you’ll take ownership of a well-cared-for, diverse and ever-growing portfolio across public and private sector clients, managing it from start to finish with the support of our seriously capable NCteam behind you.

This isn’t just about managing properties or chasing KPIs – it’s about meaningful work, great people, and making a genuine difference.

What we're looking for

  • Current Property Management Licence (non-negotiable)

  • Experience in managing a residential portfolio

  • Business Development experience to help grow that portfolio

  • Professional communication and presentation

  • Strong admin + computer skills (PropertyMe familiarity = big tick)

  • SA driver’s licence

  • Someone who’s organised, positive and team-focused

  • A solutions-focused mindset – “let’s fix it” over “not my problem.
