The Sales Administrator plays a key role in coordinating the sales administration process from project launch to handover, whilst maintaining a high level of knowledge about the Real Estate industry and best practice. The role works closely with our team to manage the entire sales administration process and provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

After an initial on site training period you will transition into a flexible hybrid position – here at NCrealestate we embrace a healthy work/life balance! 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with the team to prepare accurate sales, agency & legal documentation using high attention to detail
  • Manage the NCnetwork and ensure accuracy for all stakeholders at all times, across both business and buyer portals
  • Database management – update and maintain the CRM to ensure 100% accuracy of information
  • Invoicing and submitting marketing campaigns
  • Provide all-round administrative support to sales and marketing teams
Key skills & experience includes:
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • High attention to detail with exceptional organisation skills 
  • Able to work autonomously and in a close team environment 
  • High level of communication and customer service 
  • Previous Real Estate experience desired but not required
