Using the best top-tier systems in the industry, you’ll take ownership of a well-cared-for, diverse and ever-growing portfolio across our public and private sector clients, and manage it from start to finish with the support of the seriously capable NCteam.
What we're looking for
Current Property Management Licence (non-negotiable)
Experience in managing a residential portfolio
Business Development experience to help grow that portfolio
Professional communication and presentation
Strong admin + computer skills (PropertyMe familiarity = big tick)
SA driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
Someone who’s organised, positive and team-focused
A solutions-focused mindset – “let’s fix it” over “not my problem.
