The NCnetwork is the hub of all our communications and reporting to buyers, developers, conveyancers and more – it’s important it stays clean and up to date!

The NCnetwork manager plays a key role in supporting the sales administration process from project launch to handover, with accurate entry and management of data to ensure transparent and up to date info. The role works closely with, and will report to, our Office Manager where together you will manage the entire sales administration process and provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

This role is a flexible hybrid position – here at NCrealestate we embrace a healthy work/life balance! 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with the team to prepare accurate sales, agency & legal documentation using high attention to detail
  • Manage the NCnetwork and ensure accuracy for all stakeholders at all times, across both business and buyer portals
  • Database management – update and maintain the CRM to ensure 100% accuracy of information
  • Provide all-round administrative support to sales and marketing teams

Key skills & experience includes:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • High attention to detail with exceptional organisation skills 
  • Able to work autonomously and in a close team environment 
  • High level of communication and customer service 
  • Previous Real Estate experience desired but not required
